Upon arrival at Wae Rebo Village, you will need to do Pau Lu’u. Pau Lu’u is part of the Manggarai tribe tradition before you enter a village. It aims to show respect to the dead ancestors. You will need to give small coins as much as you want.

After that welcome ceremony, you will be redirected to one of the traditional houses. Having dinner and sleeping on the shared bed with other participants in a traditional house.
